🔁 Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

🔄 Exchanges (Damaged/Wrong Item Only)

We offer exchanges only if:

The product is damaged or incorrect.
You record a full unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package, shipping label, and product condition in a single take.
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory. No exchange or return will be approved without video proof.

❗ Package Acceptance Conditions

Do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or package is tampered.
If the package is forced upon you by the courier, please record a video before accepting.
Contact our team immediately after any such incident.

Within 5–7 business days of approval

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit based on your choice.

Customized or pre-ordered items
Products without proper unboxing video evidence
